Holiday Returns Policy
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.
Items shipped between November 1, 2006 and December 24, 2006 may be returned or exchanged until January 10, 2007, subject to our other returns restrictions listed below.
In the rare event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, you may return the item(s) directly to En-Day. You have 15 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return certain item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container.
En-Day is unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
T-Box compressed products if they are opened
Beauty products or cosmetics
Opened items
Items returned without a return form and original email invoice
Sale merchandise
Items returned more than 15 days after deliver
It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to insure that the merchandise be packaged for shipment in a manner as to protect it from possible shipping damages. In the event a product is returned damaged, no credit will be issued. A copy of your original email invoice and a return form must be included in the box with the returned merchandise.
En-Day strongly recommends that you use a traceable method such as UPS for return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. En-Day is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Upon En-Day's receipt of return, you will be issued a credit to the credit card used for purchase or an exchange within 3-5 business days. Please refer to the individual item customer service numbers on your original email receipt.
